And the number of bears on bile farms in Vietnam has greatly reduced from 4,300 in 2005 to just 190 in 2024.

What happens next?

  • refuse to prescribe bear bile products as medicine
  • offer wildlife-friendly herbal and synthetic alternatives
  • sign our wildlife-friendly medicine pledge
  • commit to advocating for wildlife-friendly medicine
