More rescued bear cubs will soon have a safe place to call home, as our partners at Libearty Sanctuary start building a new baby bear enclosure.
Watch the video to get an inside look into what the new enclosure could look like:
With so many mother bears killed for sport by hunters, there could be countless little cubs in desperate need of a home over the next few months. Now, because of kind people like you, these vulnerable babies will soon have a new home to grow up in peace and safety.
The new enclosure will have lots of big oak trees to climb, a pool full of cool water to swim in, and plenty of acorns and hazelnuts to forage.
There’s still some work to do, but the enclosure is already taking shape. Take a look at the latest updates straight from the site!
For nearly 30 years, World Animal Protection supporters have helped Libearty give new homes to rescued and abused bears. Thank you for giving these beautiful wild animals a safe place to rest, play and be their best bear selves.
Orphaned cubs become best friends!
From the moment they met, Serafim and Alexander have been inseparable. Take a look at the newest besties in town.
